Academy District 20 is seeking qualified firms interested in contracting with the District to provide various special education services as identified below. The award will be for a one (1) year period with an option to renew for four additional 12-month periods, for a maximum of five (5) years. These services shall be purchased on an “AS NEEDED” basis with Academy District 20 making the sole determination of need. Multiple vendor awards are anticipated to provide the district with a variety of resources for needed services. All suppliers agree to provide service as req ired within the time limitations designated by Academy District 20 (upon receipt of an ASD20 Purchase Order).
Specific services requested include:

A. Licensed Psychologists

B. Licensed Specialists in School Psychology

C. Licensed Physical Therapists

D. Licensed Occupational Therapists

E. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.

F. Certified Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher

G. Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

H. Certified Interpreter of the Deaf

I. Licensed Audiologists

J. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLP-A)

K. Registered Nurses

L. Licensed Special Education Teachers

M. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)

N. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

O. Paraprofessionals

P. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Academy District 20 invites interested parties that meet the qualifications listed in this document to submit proposals regarding their product and related service offerings. All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFP.
